The play described below is provided for your review and discussion. The rulings given are based on NFHS rules. NCAA rulings may be different.

A-5 receives a technical foul for unsporting conduct.  Later in the game, A-5 receives a technical foul for hanging on the rim.  A-5 leaves the game.  The officials fail to notify the Team A head coach that A-5 has been disqualified.  Two minutes later A-5 is back in the game and is fouled during the act of shooting.  At this point, the table reminds the officials that A-5 had received two technical fouls.

Handle the situation.
