SCBOA Official’s Camp at Rock Hill

Invest in yourself. 

An SCBOA-certified basketball official’s camp will be held at the Rock Hill Sports and Event Center.  The camp will run on Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 14th.  It will be held in conjunction with the Phenom Hoops tournament

The camp will start at 8:30 AM on Saturday and will conclude on Sunday.

A-1 jumps to attempt a try and releases the ball.  A-1 then charges into B-1 who had obtained a legal guarding position.  Then B-5  attempts to block the shot, misses, slaps the backboard causing it to vibrate.  The ball does not pass through the basket.

A-1 is fouled with 5.5 seconds remaining in the game and Team B leading by two points.  After A-1 makes his first free throw, A-3 is replaced by A-6.  After A-1 makes his second free throw. Team B is granted a timeout.  At this point, A-3 reports to the table to replace A-6.

During pressing situation in the backcourt, B-3 jumps and intercepts a pass near the division line in Team A’s backcourt.  B-3 comes down with both feet in A’s backcourt.  However, B-3’s momentum causes him the step into A’s frontcourt with one foot.
