During the 4th quarter of a tightly-contested game, Blue #24 is fouled during a rebound.  The official announces that #24 is the shooter.  After  walking to the other end of the court, Blue #11 walks to the free throw line and the Lead official bounces him the ball.  At this point it is discovered that Blue #11 is the wrong shooter.  

Handle the situation.

During the 4th quarter of a tightly-contested state semi-final game, A-2 falls to the floor and is injured.  The trainer comes onto the floor to tend to the injured player.  After 30 seconds or so, A-2 is able to continue.  The officials continue the game without requiring Team A to use a timeout.  Were the officials correct?

Team B is leading 56-53 with 1.5 seconds to go in a state semi-final game.  Team A has the ball out of bounds in the backcourt.  A-1 inbounds the ball to A-2.  B-2 grabs A-2’s jersey and holds on.  The official rules this an intentional personal foul.  Is the official correct?

A-1 drives to the basket and is fouled attempting a layup.  The ball hits the backboard and is inside the net when A-2 jumps up and hits the ball.  The ball passes through the basket.
