A-1 misses the try and A-2 rebounds and passes the ball to A-3 at the top of the key. A3 dribbles while calling a play.

The official stops play and reports the flopping infraction to the scorer. The scorer does not inform the official that this is the second such infraction for Team B. Neither official is aware and the ball is awarded to Team B for a throw-in.
After Team B advances the ball to the frontcourt, the table sounds the horn and notifies the officials about the fact that this was the second flopping infraction for Team B.
