The ball becomes loose on the floor.  A-3 recovers the ball just outside the lane with one foot on the floor and one knee touching the floor.  From this position A-3 then throws the ball at the basket and it goes through the basket.

A-1 attempts a throw-in pass from the sideline that hits the side edge of the backboard.  A-1 steps inbounds and recovers the ball before any other player has touched the ball.

A-5 makes a long pass to A-1 down the court.  A-1 muffs receiving the pass taking several steps while trying to control the ball.  After gaining control of the ball without the ball hitting the floor, A-1 takes one step and lays the ball in the basket.

During the first quarter A-5 is observed to have her jersey out when she approaches the free throw line to attempt two free throws.  A-5 is unable to correct the situation.

There are 5.4 seconds remaining in the game with Team B attempting two free throws.  Team B is trailing by one point.  B-1 misses both free throws and the ball is rebounded by A-5 who is immediately pushed in the back with both hands by B-5 with no attempt to play the ball.
