A-1 is dribbling the ball in frontcourt when A-4 knees B-4 in the groin off ball. The act is detected by the center official.
Handle the situation.
This is a flagrant personal foul. A-4 is ejected from the game. B-4 will be awarded two free throws with no players lined up along the lane. Team B will be awarded the ball for a designated spot throw-in from the nearest “magic” spot to where the foul occurred.
