A-1 is straddling the division line holding the ball. A-1 picks up the foot in backcourt and then releases the ball to start a dribble. A-1 then puts the foot down on the division line.
Handle the situation.
This is a backcourt violation. When A-1 picked up the foot that was in the backcourt before releasing the ball to start the dribble, A-1 was in the frontcourt since no part of A-1 was touching the backcourt. Stepping on the division line put A-1 back in the backcourt.
