Team B rebounds the miss and immediately requests and is granted a time out. After the time out, while Team B was attempting the throw in, the scorer notified the officials of the problem with A-1’s free throw situation. The officials stop play.

Just before the ball goes out of bounds, A-1 finally gains control and then immediately steps out of bound. The official awards the ball to Team B and has the alternating possession arrow pointed towards Team A’s basket.
