1. A1 is driving to the basket and is fouled by B1. The try is unsuccessful. After the play, B1 pushes A1 to the floor. The officiating crew confer with one another and determine that B1’s contact is unnecessary and adjudicate  an intentional technical foul. Team A will shoot the free throws in the order of occurrence. T-F

2. A period ends with B1 committing a intentional personal foul on A1. The next period will start with A1 receiving “2” free throws and the ball at the spot of the foul. T-F

3. B3 scores on a “15” foot jump shot. Team A is permitted to have all five players out of bounds for the throw-in, but they have “5” seconds  to throw the ball inbounds. T-F

4. B3 throws an errant pass that goes out of bounds on the endline.  Team A may have all five players out of bounds on the endline  and thrower-in A3 may throw the ball to A4 who is out of bounds. T-F

5. A1 is dribbling the ball and fumbles the ball while touching the ball with both hands.  A1 recovers the fumble and dribbles again.  The Lead Official rules an illegal dribble. T-F

1. A1 drives to the basket and is fouled by B1. The try is unsuccessful. After the play, the Assistant Coach of Team B is assessed a technical foul. The free throws will be attempted in the order of occurrence. T-F

2. In question 1, any player or substitute may attempt the technical foul free throws.  T-F

3. In question 1, A6 substitutes for A5. A5 cannot come back into the game until the clock is properly started. T-F

4. In question 3.  A6 must stay in the game until the ball is legally touched. T-F

5. Substitutions between halves may be made by the substitute or a team representative. T-F

1. A1 is shooting his/her first free throw. The Coach of Team B is clapping and yelling to his/her players to box out. The free throw is unsuccessful.  The center official rules distraction and awards A1 a substitute free throw. T-F

2. Jumper A3 taps the ball backwards and the ball touches the floor. A3 recovers the ball and dribbles. The U1 rules a jump ball violation. T-F

3. A1’s dribble ends when the dribbler palms/carries the ball by allowing it to come to rest in one or both hands. T-F

2. If the ball is in flight during a try or tap for field goal, the quarter or extra period ends when the try or tap ends. T-F

3. When no try or tap is in flight, each quarter or extra period ends when the signal illuminates or sounds indicating time has expired. T-F

4. A1 excessively swings the elbows and does not make contact with B1. The Lead Official rules a technical foul on A1. T-F

5. A1 attempts a try and the ball is flight.  A3 excessively swings the arms and elbows and makes no contact with any Team B players. The try is successful. The Lead Official rules a violation on A3 and disallows the basket. T-F
