The play described below is provided for your review and discussion. The rulings given are based on NFHS rules. NCAA rulings may be different.

A-1 is dribbling toward the basket.  B-1 jumps in front of A-1 and a collision occurs.  The Trail signals a player control foul at the same time as the Lead is signaling a blocking foul.  The officials rule a double personal foul and award the ball via the alternating possession arrow.

Were the officials  correct?
