A-1 is fouled in the act of shooting.  After the foul has been reported, Team B requests and is granted a timeout.  After the timeout has ended, A-1 is standing near the division line receiving instructions from his coach.  A-1 remains there after being directed to step up to the free throw line by the administering official.

Handle the situation.
