Team B is entitled to a throw in at Team A’s end line following a violation by Team A. Prior to the throw in, a timeout is granted to Team B. After the time out, as the official is handing the ball to B1, the four other players from Team B step out of bounds along the end line. Once B1 receives the ball from the official, the other four players from Team B re-enter the court and B1 throws a pass to B2, who is now inbounds.

B1 is charged with fouling A1 while A1 is in the act of shooting.  After reporting the foul, the official scorer informs the official that B1 has five fouls.  The official notifies the coach.  The player complains that this is only his fourth foul.  The visiting scorer agrees with the player.

While A1 is dribbling the ball in the frontcourt, B1 reaches in and fouls A1 on the arm.  After the whistle A1 and B1 get engaged in verbally taunting each other.  A double technical foul is ruled.  After all fouls have been reported to the scorer, the team foul counts for both teams are seven.
