A-1 attempts a three-point goal. The ball rattles the ring and is inside the net when A-5 hits the net. A-5 does not touch the ball.
Handle the situation.
This is offensive basket interference. Players are not permitted to touch any part of the basket while the ball is on or within the basket. The ball is dead. No goal can be scored. Team B will be awarded the ball for a designated spot throw-in from the end line nearest to where the net was touched.
