A technical foul is ruled against Team B during the fourth quarter. A-1 attempts and misses the first free throw for the technical foul. The coach of Team A wants A-3 to attempt the second free throw.

Under NFHS rules any player or eligible substitute can attempt the free throws for a technical foul. A-3 is entitled to attempt the second free throw.
