A-1 is attempting to make a throw-in from the sideline. After A-1 releases the throw-in, B-1 bats the ball into the air. A-1 catches the ball with one foot touching the floor inbounds and the other foot in the air.
Handle the situation.
This is legal play. A-1 is considered to be inbounds once any part of A-1 is in contact with inbounds and no part of A-1 is touching out of bounds.
