During the 2nd quarter A-1, who is near the end line, attempts a wild shot.  The ball starts behind the backboard and goes from one side to the other behind the backboard.  At one point it is higher than the top of the backboard.  The ball lands six inches inbounds near the end line.  The ball did not hit anything while in flight.

Handle the situation.

During the jump ball, A-5 taps the ball toward the sideline.  A-1 runs over, steps on the sideline and catches the ball.  The official rules an out-of-bounds violation and awards the ball to Team B.  Which way should the alternating possession arrow be set?

During the jump ball, A-5 taps the ball which hits the referee in the head and then is caught by A-5 before the ball hits the floor or any other non-jumper.  The official rules a jump ball violation.  Is the official correct?

During the 2nd quarter A-1 is fouled by B-1. Team A is in the bonus. A-1 & B-1 shove each other and the official issues a double technical foul. A-1 makes both free throw attempts for the bonus free throw situation.  The official uses the alternating possession arrow to see who gets possession after the free throws.  Is the official correct?
