B-1 commits a common foul against A-1.  The scorer indicates that this is the seventh team foul of the half.  The lead official mistakenly announces two shots.  When  A1 misses the first free throw, the players do not rebound.  A-3 picks up the ball and passes it to the Lead official.  The officials discuss the mistake and decide to issue the second free throw to A1.  Play resumes with A-1 shooting a second free throw.  Were the officials correct?

Just prior to the jump ball, the official scorer notifies the referee that the number of one of the players who is starting for Team A is not in the scorebook.  Upon further checking, it is discovered that six players listed in the scorebook for Team A have incorrect numbers.  Handle the situation.

During the 2nd quarter A-1 is replaced by A-6.  A-1 is disgusted and when he gets to the bench, he takes off his jersey.  The official charges A-1 with a technical foul and charges an indirect technical foul to the head coach.   Is the official correct?

During the 2nd quarter A-1 is trapped by B-1 and B-2.  B-1 manages to get his hands on the ball and the official sounds the whistle for a held ball.  As the whistle is sounded, A-1 manages to pull the ball away from B-1 and A-1’s elbow contacts B-2 in the face knocking him down.  The contact is clearly after the whistle has sounded.  Handle the situation.
